Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requirements for a Return

• The item must be unused and undamaged

• The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

• All accessories, instructions, and labels must be included

• Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that returns without sufficient postage cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.

Refund Information

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive the return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

• Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Photos of the affected item

We will review the issue as quickly as possible and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized products

• Used or damaged items

• Hygiene products with an opened or removed seal
